If West Ham sign Gomez for £40 million how the hell have they avoided FFP when they spent £100 million this summer and have about the same bloated squad as we do?

We've spent more over the 3 seasons but we sold Rom and Stones for over £115 million whereas they've sold no one of real note.

Let 'em. Gomez has some talent - decent movement, good in the air - but he's not going to be able to push people around like he does in Spain. That's a big time overpay for me - I don't think he's THAT good. It's definitely not a bargain.
