Howedes was one I was really hoping for in the summer window. Still think he'd be a great signing for us.

That's not a bad shout mate, but it won't happen. I reckon Keane will leave in the summer, as with VVD (unless City bid big in this window) and I really believe/hope that Ron gives McCarthy another chance.

The money teams will soon circle for Michael Keane.

And I think even if we wanted to keep McCarthy, he'll be way down in the midfield order, with Besic back too. McCarthy will want frequent game time.
