The Gylfi's, Walcotts, Schneiderlin's etc know that they are not going to get a move to a big club at their age so whats the motovation, we got them on the back end of their careers. Walcott and Schneiderlin were only going downhill from Arsenal and Man U. Walcott only had us and Southampton interested and we offered more money. Nobody else would pay that fee for Schneiderlin bar us.

Glyfi had already failed at Spurs and again, only had us interested - the choice between Swansea and Everton??

Exactly cast offs and players coming to the back end of their careers isn't working.

Signing the best players from pub teams isn't working either.

Hopefully Ancelotti can change this policy. All our hope is literally with one man.
