The main problem we face, is offloading the dross from the days of Walsh and BFS as they are on massive contracts that far outstrip their value. No other club will be willing to match their salaries and therefore we are stuck with them.

We should definitely buy now, yes they will be more expensive but as you say not to much to play for perfect for new players to get 6 months in before we can try to hit the ground running next season. It’s a perfect time for us to buy or at least loan with view to buy.
