To be fair he could have just decided he can't be arsed with footballer's life and just take the money he is (unfortunately) entitled to. If it means he gets a reputation of having no ambition it won't bother him in the slightest, as we've lined his pockets with about 15m and he and his family are set for generations to come.

He'll earn the same money going and playing for someone else for 6 months but could possibly earn a contract there after his contract here is fibjshed.

Don’t blame Niasse to be fair, we signed him, loaned him out twice treated him appallingly with regards to the locker situation. Why should he drop to the Championship when he’s probably waiting for a move back abroad.
