He's a better Schneidlerin. More mobile and energetic.

Don't really see what he'd add though I suppose if it pushes Delph/Davies down the pecking order then fair enough.

But really can't see it. And if we do spend big money on him, then it's another huge question mark against Brands.

I dont think we should be signing players over about 27 tbh.

I dont see the point in another midfield player similar in age to Delph.

We have plenty of younger players. Buying a player of 27/28/29 can be fine for the right price and the right type of player.

Also, he looks very good in the vids imo, a more offensive Gomes.

I would think also that Carlo has asked for him not Brands.

How do you know he's better than Schneidrlin? Admittedly it wouldn't be hard but I'd advise caution on rating/labelling players before

a) they've even signed

b) we've seen them play

We have plenty of younger players. Buying a player of 27/28/29 can be fine for the right price and the right type of player.

It's much riskier if we get it wrong. The lad could be a great player, I really dont know. I'm just worried about signings like Delph were theyve been a complete disaster and now we're stuck with him for years on massive wages.

We cannot afford more bad recruitment at this point. It has to be fewer players but quality ones only.
