Basically, there are three wheels.

Spin wheel one to choose the team the player will be transferred from
Spin wheel two to pick one of their half-way decent or better players
Spin wheel three to choose one of Chelski, ManU, Citeh, Spurs or ArsenesMob

All the editor has to do is make sure that if wheel one and three come up with the same team that he remembers not to post the info. In this he sometimes fails and you get the "Drogba to move to Chelsea rumour ?"
