aparantly spurs are still into us for 1.5 mil from the pienaar deal, i wonder has moyes thought about giving them neville and forgetting about the outstanding balance, arry was all over pip like a rash not to long ago, just a thought like, that gets a bit nearer the 5 mil mark they are looking for and it would also ease the awkard situation of him being captain as jags could step up, maybe tempt rodders with the vice captaincy then in the hope that he stays??? all ifs and buts though...
 
What about a fee that could eventually rise to 4M depending on add- ons, performance related??

Don't know anything about the kid, does he have the ability to step up to prem footy ??
 
Good shout with the Neville swap. But think Spurs are bing a bit cheeky expecting a 100% profit on someone they picked up on the cheap and has only played about 5 games in 12 months...
 
They wouldn't want Neville now. If they have any sense they will take what they paid for him from us.

Unless there is genuine intrest from others who wanna pay 5M But I doubt that.

Pienaar will want to come back where he knows he would be a important player.

Also, been thinking about the Neville departure, now as much as he lacks any technical ability, I wonder if his
leadership skills are what keeps him there? He has played in two games we have got points from.

I know, if my boss ( hated by many, loved by me) left, I would defo wanna move on, just one of them things really.
 
the diouf lad from utd would fit in better to our system of one up top, did it well at blackburn when on loan there, still young as well and obviously surplas at man u, very like victor and denis though so maybe just forget everything i just said...

Not 100%. Got first Scotland cap recently (not hard). One thing for sure is that he is far too good for L1. Been banging them in. Hopefully Gazza Naysmith (maybe Danny Cada) will have a cheeky word in the ear for us if needed.
