Saha had a go at Davey earlier in the season - a clear way of being shown the exit, Davey doesnt forget. Should have gone in the summer for me, thats prob about 60k of the wage bill.

We have dropped some amount of wwages int he last calender year.

The Lord of the Manor of Frodsham doesn't mind a move ffs.

Wonder how much someone like him/Robbie Keane or another 'much travelled' player will have made from signing on fees alone ?

More than they've had in win bonuses for picking up trophies I'll bet, and more than someone that gets a testimonial from staying at 1 club as well.

I used to quite rate him, but seems a total injury liability. His stats this season are poor too.

Oh well, we'll see what happens...

Saha might've worked well with Jelavic but I agree that currently his goals cost millions each, I hope we can fit a loan or two in with his wages / fee only. Potentially good deal for all sides if Spurs play to his strengths.

Saha is a very good footballer, but just got old. He might be rejuvenated at Spurs for a short period, and the service to him will be much better than we've served up of late! His time is up with us though, so best all round if it goes through.

i'd say the kevin Doyle deal is dead or were we ever after him, with saha gone it would be great if we got Doyle in to
well i can dream can't i:sleep:

Pip and Cahill will be shed from that spreadsheet as well soon I reckon, all those that had clauses that bumped up their wage because of other players contracts will go I reckon, in fact when players get a rise because of a new signings wage and that signing then leaves, the player should drop back to their original deal imo. in fact the club shoukld hit them with a bill for anything that has been overpaid as it has obviously been an error that they have missed.

Why hell never manage a top European club

For a deadline day with a lot of hype regarding Everton, we've not exactly done well so far have we? Basically an untried striker in and an out of form striker out. As well as the Manolas thing falling through.
