If the Gordon deal is true, you would think that as we've been negotiating as while we will have options and fees agreed already for incomings.
Bet ye we haven't though and are about to get our pants pulled down when we blow all the cash on Arnautovic/Antonio and Ziyech

Whole DOF model is meant to be succession, regardless of manager.

Not really seeing it are we?
Hasn't the whole DOF model just been used as a pretty face/title by the club tho.

I mean Walsh comes in and we suddenly have a Scattergun approach.

Brands follows and ?

Now Thellwell with his 'red bull' ties, and again we are left questioning.

Have we really let any of them implement a structure on moving forward with control over those aspects.

Thellwell and Dyche is literally chalk and cheese.

Wait and see the players we bring in next and we'll have our answer.

Hopefully Dyche is just a 'needs must' short term fix.

That's what a good DOF should be doing. We can't just go in with Gray, Mcneil and Townsend as wingers. We need pace and threat

Brands nor Thelwell seem to be able to do the job of a DoF because Moshiri or Kenwright (or both) apparently know best and plough their own path.

Until this changes and football people are allowed to run the football side of the club we will see no progress on or off the field.

There is no club strategy that would lead to Dyche and Bielsa forming the shortlist of managers. They're like chalk and cheese. Dyche's 2.5 year contract does not scream 'short term fix' to me.
