We should have pushed for this the way people pushed for Lampard last season.

Don't understand this fanbase sometimes. Ultimately we don't pick the manager but there's so much anger currently and so much desire to see massive change at the club.

Bielsa was exactly what we've been asking for and Dyche is the antithesis of it. Fanbase was totally split between the two though and a lot of people actually seem to be happy with Dyche coming in.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I think most would prefer Bielsa ball every time, but don't believe he could activate it before it's too late with our cirrent set up/players. With Dyche, it's a safe pair of hands who can grind out enough results to stay in the top flight. Or so that's the thinking.

I do understand why some might feel this way mate I just personally disagree.

Everything going on right now, not just our league position but the unrest among fans, it feels like a pivotal moment. Of course it's a more appealing brand of football as well but for me Bielsa represented a real change to how the club would be run moving forward.

Dyche just feels like we're repeating the cycle and to me it only ends one way, be it this season or next season or the season after that.

Bielsa is a unique manager in terms of what he brings to a club. I don't think there's an equivalent manager we would be able to entice to come here, and I don't think after this we get another swing at Bielsa.

Spend the entire pot on anyone who can take a corner instead of Gray and we’ll finish 5th. Ish.

Joking aside, need players who are currently playing, match fit and ready to go. No creaky-arse bench dwellers who will take till March to get up to speed.
Garner took all of Forest’s set pieces last season and by all accounts is excellent at them.

Burnley last season: that was mostly down to an ageing first team and the loss of Wood with Weghorst - a reasonable signing by Dyche - not firing in the goals.

He was there a decade and had them in the PL for most of that time.

The 'system' doesn't work though.
Out aim must be more than survival if we stay in the league next season. If Dyche can guide Burnley to Europe, that is the target we must set. Another season of relegation fight is a failure.
