It's not working well because people above - and to an extent below (i.e. managers) have had too much sway.

The DoF needs to be given autonomy to fulfill the vision set out by the board and owner, who should not be intervening. But, they still are.

Think we will struggle to get decent players on a permanent due to our league position.

Best bet of a good player is a loan I think.

Well Che Adams can run and jump, so they very much aren't.

In terms of actual goalscoring ability, neither are very good.

I read an article weeks ago , it was an agent of a player we where supposedly signing. Saying he has to go through 3 people to get a decision.

Nothing has changed.

Transfer thread is always the same. People wetting themselves when journalists aren't inventing stories about us. Then also wetting themselves when the made up stories aren't about players they like.

Might be worth just going on one of these "news" sites and writing your own rumours about players you would like us to sign that we aren't going to.
