Everton aren’t handing over 750mil, it’s just getting the funding in place and that will be loans or moshiri funding it or someone looking to invest

Moshiri has handed the £750m over, but he’s going to want that back from someone.

I think the confusion is that maybe the build itself costs 500m, but "we" have spent a tidy sum on prep work and planning, also, maybe the "builders" only do the building, the seats and other things might be extra?

Yes I think hes fronted a lot of the costs, but wants help in completing it.

I do genuinely think Che Adams and Ryan Fraser would improve Everton’s attack tbh… could it get any worse than what it was before?

It might not get worse but it certainly won't get any better either.
