How do you know the cash liquidity position of FM?

I'd imagine a lender will provide funding, a lot of funding has already been provided.

There are some additional potentials there, but I doubt the club will use this transfer revenue to pay for the stadium.

Because his net worth is something like £2.5b (cash+assets incl. Everton, which could be his biggest asset valued £500m). I'd be amased if he's cash rich and have hundred millions of pounds laying around as some might think. Musk was the world's richest man (valuation of assets), but he was never as cash rich as Bezos, Buffett or Gates.

That's all very fair, but I dont think anybody has any real idea how much cash he has access too.

Lots of his other investments have worked well.
