So I'd start by firing Dyche and then I'd try to get maybe Sulemana or someone like that over the line. I'd find the next manager by looking at people with a well rounded, modern way of playing and I'd eject Kenwright into the Irish Sea. If I'm replacing Moshiri I'd step out of the way and let Thelwell work.
