Maybe the club know something we don't about relegation? That we can somehow come out of it in a stronger position than we're currently in. Does FFP get wiped once you exit the Premier League? Are they thinking they can start afresh and are counting on bouncing straight back up? Do they think we will magically be able to sell our overpaid and underperforming stars in the summer? Who knows!
