Whatever happens in the last 5 hours I think it’s clear that thelwell has failed. There are obviously bigger issues regarding the board and finances but his ability to close out deals seems almost non existent.

I can’t really do much to help Everton.

But I bet the club are at absolute panic stations, with 5 hours to go before the window shuts and no signings, especially after all the recent shenanigans.

Either top secret boss deals have been done and they are popcorning us until 22:59pm, or they are crying their eyes out that they are finished because they have failed so spectacularly no one will every forgive them, as it’s inexcusable!

We are bottom of the league, it will be unforgivable, forever.

That would really be an amazing bit of fun if they let us all melt down and then release of video with three boss signings at 11:59.
