Reading that we were offered Omari Huchinson from Chelsea on loan but turned it down as we felt he was "too young to play in a relegation battle".

Absolute insanity.

Because we are the worst run club in the league only heading one direction.

However, we didn't bid, it was agents putting stories out.

Until the whole dynamic of the club changes, you mean surely, because the mess we are in isn't the fans fault.

Was it the fans fault last year dragging us out of it? or did you think the bus support and welcomes where intimidating too like the press are now flipping it.
The only thing that kept us up last year was richarlison.. the bus welcomes and the flares may make you feel good about yourself but one man single handily carried the fight and raised the people around him to perform .. he’s at spurs now ..enjoy league 2

It clearly is partly the so called fans fault … you can’t be abusing players on their way home out of the ground … a young lad making his way aswell … let ourselves down …why would anyone want to come here and be subjected to that ? …. One week we love a player next week want his head on a stick
They were out of order , but its hardly like they got dragged out and webbed all over the place.
MINA actually got out and talked to them , not a thing happened to him other than a few fans letting of steam, looked a bit embarrassing to be fair but not in any way threatening.
This narrative was getting paddled by the club before any of that happened.
Look at the statements before the game.
Still no proof of any of them.
The fans are not to blame piont blank.
If this continues there is a danger that they really will kick off.
They are being targeted by there own club and will reacted.
I said last night there would be poster peddling this and its proved correct.

31 days in the transfer window and we’re messing around putting in stupid loan bids for Sarr at 10pm. Trying to get Giroud on the last night of the transfer window.

How difficult is it for the board to understand they should be working on deals on the 1st of January? When has leaving it till the last possible second to ‘get a good deal’ ever worked!?

I don’t believe they can be that incompetent. If they’ve honestly waited till Gordon was sold to start bringing people in then forget the championship, we’ll be in league 2 in a few years with this lot.
They should be working on deals and recruitment strategy all year round. Our lot im afraid are clueless. Our wing and a prayer strategy coming home to roost!

One injury and Iwobi is back out wide.

Saying that, it’s also maybe an opportunity for Vinagre and Patterson to get game time a bit higher up the pitch. Coleman started for us on the wing, so maybe Patterson can do a job.
If he is going 442 Patterson at RM with Godfrey at RB might end up happening. Hell, Onana at centre forward might happen. The squad is so unbalanced now that anything might happen.

Connor Gallagher ran a mile the moment he heard we were interested … why do you think that is ? Jesus imagine he didn’t hit the ground running … he’d be next in his eyes .. until the whole dynamic of the fan base changes nobody half decent will come here again … enjoy chasing players and abusing them in league 2
The fans are the club, if a player doesn’t come because he’s terrified of fans then he’s not a player I want to see in an Everton shirt.

Need your head testing if you truly believe for one moment that we bid for Gallagher for (funnily enough) the exact same amount of money we got for Gordon.

If we had that money to spend, players would’ve been in yesterday undoubtedly.

We won't get it, but what I want is someone to be accountable for this mess. Thelwell infront of cameras explaining the strategy, why we left it so late why are are in this position.

No money, tell us. No players suitable, its a lie, but tell us the rational for this.

Am bored of this club getting away Scott free and not having any accountability, what's happened since before the World Cup has been embarrassing.

Lampard should have gone after the Bournemouth games, Richarlison should have been replaced properly, We should have had players lined up the moment we knew Gordon was leaving.

Regardless of anyones opinion on Gordon, we are considerably weaker now.

A decade of awful recruitment, which is absolutely 100% no better, a decade of zero future planning for managers and players. Yet this is all the fans fault.

The club are pushing a lot of fans close to the brink... the club are an embarrassment.

They have waved the white flag, and it feels like they almost want relegation now.
Its tough for the fans but no club is going to give us this sort of info. I mean never are they going to say we are skint. We will just get bluster and hot air like we get from our politicians...
The manager will be wheeled in front of the goodison bus to say 'ive seen the players and we have some quality, im happy to work polishing this turd for a while, thelwell is a top DOF and hes working hard for next summers strategy, tough time to buy players in january and i want to work with current amazeballs squad. So no players needed this January............was that statement OK boss...?'
