January Transfer Window 2023

Criminal that we haven’t been lining up a deal for a striker from day one of the window.
We knew what we needed in September.

I’m usually hesitant to criticise slowness in the transfer market, as deals for decent players are difficult - especially when you’re in our position - but my patience is thin at the moment, to say the least.

We knew what we needed, the moment Richarlison agreed to join Spurs and it wasn`t Maupay.

Bottom 8, Palace in 12th and above are 7 clear of us....

Leicester City 17 points - We lost to them
Leeds Utd 17 Points - We drew with them
Notts Forest 17 points - We drew with them
Bournemouth 16 points - We lost to them
West Ham 15 points - Beat these
Everton 15 Points
Wolves 14 points - We lost to these
Southampton - Beat these

In games against the teams we are competing with to stay up we have taken 8 points from a possible 21..... anyone else see the problem here?

Frank got to go because if this carries on we could lose to Southampton and West Ham...

Why would anyone you themselves to a sinking ship early???

The early transfers are with stable clubs with big transfer budgets, not failing clubs in relegation trouble.

You’re living in Unicorn Land if you think we can push through early deals in our situation. It won’t happen. We will be fighting over loan deals dregs on deadline day because we are a very unattractive proposition, That’s just reality,
Wolves, Southampton and others have made moves we weren't actually in the bottom three before January we are now

Chelsea is looking to loan David fofana out, a striker that they just bought....not be surprised if he ends up here. Hopefully not as we should not encourage that type of behaviour in football. For me any first team player bought shouldn't allow to leave on loan for at least a year...this is worst that any ffp regulation...
Why, what have the done wrong?
