Look, its easier to change the manager and see, cos its not like we are getting a return on either of them any time soon.

Its likely that both are utter rubbish and yes, being rubbish means you churn out 3/10s more than 9/10s.

Theres no denying that as an attacking unit, its bad, but our main issue is creativity, nobody can pick a pass.

Which is why we have to play 3 atb with WBs on the counter, less need to pick a clinical defence splitting pass then.
The most impressed I've ever been with Gordon/Gray are when we are on a counter against better teams...they can be frightening to teams that are back pedalling and an easy block to teams well set.
As for McNeil, he could be tried as LWB because he does try to defend too, can't see any other use for him tbh
