I think this is my worry.
Do we need reinforcement 100% - is it going to effect this crazy tactic he employs and change his football. I don’t think so.
I stand by my belief that a half decent manager would steer us away from this for like a 14th-16th finish, however am getting tired of saying “no way he survives this”.
The board and club have accepted it, there can be no other rational excuse.
Better stats than Frank Goat, that takes some doing.

Every bit of defensive solidity from the end of last season is completely gone, and no forwards are going to fix that. Him talking about how we were "defensively strong" when we we're giving up about 20 shots a game is getting old as well. We don't control any aspect of games.

There’s no excusing the performance Matty, even last season there was no bounce nothing, we scraped home literally.
I didn’t think we would get a worse manager than paelladyce - but we did.
When you look into the tactics, how he played at Chelsea - it’s clear to see he learned nothing, and we don’t have the riches he had at Chelsea.
I like Frank, I want him to do well - but he’s done here. If we don’t sack him I fear that we have accepted the grim future. There’s nothing that keeps him in the job at the moment.
I like him, but I said last year potentially right manager at wrong time. I was wrong, franks just not right for us, imo.
Anyways it’s the transfer thread, so let’s hope Tofeenut is right and more heads come in, we need everyone (we needed them 20 days ago with winnable games)
