DCL not really. Holgate only started looking a Premier League player after his loan spell at West Brom. Davies the only one who actually improved while in the under 23s.

They did. But DCL developed over 3 years in the first team and Holgate made more progress on loan and this year too. Davies is basically his lone success story.
