My PSV mate told me, you could see the potential, he was good but not outstanding there.

We knew he was talented, but he does even better than anyone of us would have thought in his first prem season. Good that we don't have to see Keane every game anymore.

A number of us could see his potential when he broke into the first team.

The PSV loan has given him regular game time and exposure to a different and more technical way of playing. Will have helped his confidence as well winning a cup there and being in the England u21 squad who won the euros!

Well deserved, absolutely proved Benitez and Lampard were wrong.

Bit of a silly stick to try to beat previous managers with. The fact he's getting an international call up at 21 speaks well of everyone involved in his development, even the ones we don't like. His progress has been managed well.
