Looks like his right leg is just a bone.
I thought it was a quad injury too!
Every picture is comedy gold in here
And whats with the big long tube going up his shorts? Maybe that inflates and deflates his leg. To be honest the amount of things going on in that picture, I expect to see Cilla's face hiding somewhere
Never known a muscle injury that’s taken so long to heal.
why bother, aim for the next season, he should be fit by august 2022Quad tear followed by a dead tissue scraping will do that, he's about at the right stage considering a full muscle tear of that part is usually 6-8 months which would have put him back around Feb at the earliest, the fact they had to put him under the knife again to clear the dead/scar tissue from a previous injury has set it back another 2 months. Had the the season carried on, in a non-Covid universe, he'd have been on course to play some part in the final two games barring no additional setbacks. If, big if, football resumes behind closed doors to finish the season, then he may have a chance of a few run outs
You have to wonder whether we will ever see the best version of this lad.
Unfortunately I don’t think we ever will, sadly.
Hes only 24! Signed a nice long contract. In due time, he will be bossing around the midfield. Not even in his "prime" years left. If by the end of next season he still isnt fitting that role, give him another. Fred looked like a dud for Man U but is honestly having a fantastic year overall! Just have to back him and give him the support on/off the field. You have to wonder whether we will ever see the best version of this lad.

That pic can't be right can it?
