He had been isolating but he was in the training videos on wed/Thurs.as was mina who is also supposedly isolating.

Anyone else think this might just be mindgames? 5 self isolating but he only namechecked James didnt he? Perhaps the others are players who were never even going to be on the bench but he has left things hanging so Southampton are left guessing as to our likely line up?
desperately searching for a positive spin here, but i did strike me as odd that all those self isolating weren't named?

Awful indictment on the squad when one of our two midfielders who can actually run like a professional athlete is permanently crocked.

Not an indictment on the squad. It's bad luck. It is more an indictment of the recruitment that the squad only has two midfielders that can run!
