I think it’s worth remembering that he completely failed in Italy before we start claiming that he’s an unbelievable player who we’re not playing for reasons that nobody can understand.

So lets just pay his wages and not play him.

No that’s silly it’s been one game I was just commenting on the people saying it was crazy he didn’t come on and all that it’s not really he’s someone who’s hopefully going to give us a bit more depth in the squad and have an impact over the course of the season there’s not much to suggest he’s someone you could bring on for 20 minutes at 2 0 down and he’d change the game that’s alls I’m saying.

Both are obviously struggling for match fitness. This is game time at 85% pace.
Not playing them and throwing them in at the deep end could be cause an injury as well
