The major key to Liverpool's win last night was that they had no game at the weekend whereas Madrid did. Saying that, they was never really in it and where disrupted by being quickly closed down. The more i think about it, the more blame the players should take rather than the fat spanish man. Lets face it, why cant they play at that tempo in PL games yet do so in the Champions League? I think the answer to that must be because they have a large core of foreign players who are more effective in European competition.
