I think he is the best of the keepers currently on our books, and, of a similar standard to the likes of Pickford, Schmiechel and Heaton, so, unless a really top drawer keeper becomes available I think we should stick with Joel
yes and no, he started to come out for it which was a mistake, he realised he wasn't going to make it so went back and williams was left stranded. Williams should have launched it into the stands though, no messing.
Williams should of headed it after the first bounce. He let it drop twice then didn't get enough momentum behind it. No way was Robles at fault.
Did he have anything to do today?
Not really but if his very presence gives the lids in front of him the same re-assurance he gives me sitting in the Bullens then he is doing plenty![]()
that's extremely American.9 clean sheets in 14 games is remarkable, no matter what you think of Joel. He's been a passenger for some of those games for sure but I can't recall us ever having such a hot streak of shutouts in recent times.

lolAdmit it, though, it's been a heck of a hot streak for Joel and the rest of the D. Although the team has been great on O, too! They're really clicking on both ends of the field. Been super fun to watch.
Imo, Robles has, in general, been quite commanding of his area and his speed off the line to cut down angles has saved us a few points.

clear the danger first, argue about it afterwardsWilliams should of headed it after the first bounce. He let it drop twice then didn't get enough momentum behind it. No way was Robles at fault.
