This summer except for Gerard Delafeou's signature has been an utter misery.

Its outrageous Evertonian's are having to worry about losing players and no progress on the stadium.

Than actually making progress in the market (we needed to) and so on.


The club need to sort it. It's a big summer for Martinez (as discussed elsewhere on this forum in the 'Martinez' threads).

The club need to ensure he meets the standard expected.

We are not a small minnow club.

We're not idiots either.

It is so important we are proactive in the transfer market. Not only does martinezs job depend on it, but also the message it sends out to the other players e.g rom, stones, macca, miralles that they can realise their ambitions with us I.e. Champions league football. As it is the season is 3 weeks away and once again whilst our rivals have strengthened their squads we have only Gerard to get excited about btw cleverley's signing doesn't enthuse me at all.

Transfer deadline is 6 weeks away though and he has said the later stages is where we will do our business - which means loans I suppose.
