John Stones transfer saga

I'm not even angry with Chelsea.

They've seen a player they want and bid for him a few times. Nothing wrong with that.

I'm angry at Everton.

Spot on. There's absolutely no anger from me towards Chelsea. They've done what is best for their club.

We haven't. Simple as that.

Changes nothing really, he loses a loyalty bonus if we sell, it has to be accepted and then we have to agree a fee with Chelsea if they still want him.

If Stones thinks, or his advisors, think, he can do better on Chelsea's bench than he is now playing, then that is his choice, so off he goes pronto and we get a huge fee for him. He is a player and not bigger than the club. He might never become the player we think he can be, it is all based on potential that's all. We simply don't know. But we would be getting a lot of that potential built into our price now regardless of whether he delivers or not.

Still gutted mind, and really upset by his timing. We have little chance of getting decent players now at reasonable prices.

he won't be on their bench, thats what liverpool fans said about sterling...

he will be used in rotation and is good enough to start for them.

The silence from the club on this is deafening.

I prefer the silence than the BS that this crowd of muppets will come out with..." oh we didn't want to sell but what could we do .The young lad was broken up over the move" ...bill with tears in his eyes. Reckon there will have to be an air traffic controller up above goodison if he tries to spoon us that waffle.
