Alcaraz is alright, might be good for him to get a run of games. He's only played 6 times in the league for us and only a few of them have been starts. I'd give him a go.

LOLCARAZ

Absolutely devastated by this, why is it always our best players?! Stuck with the [Poor language removed] that conceded a mountain load of goals for the best part of a season.

That's harsh .. he wasn't to know we would be so unlucky with Injuries, we will just have to utilise Hibbert "shudders" and Alcaraz and Browning, and pray Jags stays fit

He went into the new season with 4 CB's, One a young kid who is learning his trade, One a 37 year old who is well past his best, Another who gets muscle fatigue after one game and Jags

Then we have the RB situation, He thinks its not a priority to bring in a RB and leaves us with possibly the worst RB in the premier league as cover for Coleman

Yes he's been unlucky but its football and it happens, Anyone with half a brain could see that we looked light at the back BEFORE we sold Duffy

One defender signed in 3 transfer windows, This is all his own doing

It was actually madness to sell Duffy for peanuts and not even attempt to replace him, what was going through Martinez' head? This season has been an absolute disaster.

Devastating news. The only bit of good news is that it looks like Kev might not be as bad as first thought:

MARTINEZ ON MIRALLAS: "Kevin has got a typical sprinting injury. We expect him to be out for a few weeks as well."

MARTINEZ ON MIRALLAS: "Kevin does not need surgery, just conservative treatment. We hope to have him fully fit soon." #EFC

Hibbert has done a bloody good job against di Maria and sterling. Who do you think we could buy at quality who would sit on the bench? He even won us a penalty ffs.

Face it. We have been unlucky
