If City came in for £60mil i cant see Barca matching that. With our money now that should be the opening bid level if he put in a transfer request.

Barca only pay big numbers for forwards...they do need another CB (they have a few but need one more top player)

Lukaku and Stones i think will both extend with Barkley this summer 5 years each.

Thought i was on ignore you dream destroyer....

You need a leader in defence. Every great team had one....the armband is a symbol which as an Evertonian likely would go to Barkley but Stones would be the "Captain of the defence" if that makes sense.

Stones -- McCarthy--Besic--Barkley--Lukaku

All show potential to be leaders which is great.

I see your point but it's time to make Ross Everton captain (next season )

A boyhood Evertonian should always be the captain of our beloved club. Come to think of it, wasn't a boyhood Evertonian the captain of the RS as well?!
 

I am confident Ross will stay he is more of a true blue than badge kisser tee shirt wearing Rooney ever was, not too sure about Stones he seems to be playing games, also not too sure about Lakaku love him to bits but his agent is a knob.
 

Mori should take him to one side in training and show him how to compete for a ball in our box,the back four that started tonight should start again saturday subject to Coleman and Oviedo being fit imho.
 
Get of the lad back,we looked vulnerable at the back before stones came on. He was never going to come back and be boss. His confidence is broken.
