- no he was talking like it was a major blocker to our sale (I think you know who has said something similar in one of his blogs). I was just saying that he needs to sell them first which is obvious. I can’t imagine there would be any issue with him selling them, I’m not sure how long that would take.

Like most people he probably wants the most money for his shares which takes time. If he exhausts that process, and he is not happy with the financial offer for his shares he faces the decision as to whether he thinks he has to take a ‘haircut’, in order to buy us.

If he gets a best offer of x, he may be seeking a renegotiation of the terms he can buy us at. Who knows?
