I’m pretty sure the Paraguay keeper took penalties - certainly at club level and was like in the Paraguay shootout 5 at least..

On second thoughts it might make no difference if he was stranded up there.

Needs to improve his concentration and decision making. Is talented but he has flaws. Hopefully will improve with age.
