You need to get a grip mate.

There's one person on here who oddly hates Baines, Coleman is way past his best and Gomes has had a dreadful season.

Is everyone supposed to pretend they're all superstars and can't be criticised?

Lol ... lose confidence? That’s his problem .... he’s overconfident. I think it would have been a good thing to have him dropped for these friendlies... might have lit a fire and got him more focussed

Know exactly what you mean, shocking that they are close to the squad.

I don't think either are starters though, and I hope that's enough to make Pickford sort his head out, get a grip of himself and knock all the stupid crap off.

As others have said, ability isn't his problem - his mentality and behaviour are shocking and he needs to eradicate the gobshiterry which adversely affect his basic decision making and the routine gk stuff (kicking accuracy/handling/catching crosses etc).

Id start lossl or Virginia ahead of him in the upcoming friendlies as well, see if that wakes him up - maybe even once the league starts, if we don't sign another gk?
 
Just cant take to the lad any longer.

Feels all a bit Barkley where you know he's lost the trust/hope of the fans and he isn't going to get any better here despite being a half decent player.

Just hope Chelsea pick the phone up.

2. I dont think he‘s choosing anything, I think he’s too much of a dullard to understand how he comes off. I remember Howard having a boxing match with the pitch out of anger after letting balls through, he didnt smile and play around like a 7 year old because winning meant something to him. Pickfords gotten to become englands nr 1 and Evertons main keeper without ever actually being very good. People talk about the season just ended, but look at his stats, he’s been the same since before he left Sunderland. He’s a trash footballer, in every sense of the word, and needs to be expelled from Everton in the same fashion i expel foods after having a big cup of coffee every morning. Hes a disgrace on the pitch and off it.
