Every single player thread just makes me angry when I think about the money squandered. We got Arteta, Cahill and Pienaar for about £5m who gave us at least 7/10 performances every week. This current set of clowns have rinsed us high and dry.

a small benefit of the Moyes era, he made his money go far and he got his players to give him everything for the most part

Totally second that.

Any scout worth their salt should have seen that, he's consistent, agile and a great shot stopper. Plus he's not an arrogant sort.

Was with Basel for years, winning title after title, was after a move to a bigger league, was a good age. Borussia Mönchengladbach were decisive and he's been excellent for them since 2014.

They are also currently top of the Bundesliga with a strong defence, and his defenders have spoken about the confidence he instils in them.

Anyway.....
 
He's been less awful than most recently so he's gotten a free pass. That first goal though. See if you were to freeze frame the moment of the pass and pick a position that you wouldn't want the keeper anywhere near, his would be the exact position. Feck all to do with Keane. The first is exclusively on Jordan.

Honestly he's mediocre (at this level) at best. Make a profit and move on, he simply hasn't got the physical attributes to succeed in today's game...

I honestly thought he was throwing them in tonight to get Marco out the door. Look at his positioning for most of the goals. Suspiciously the exact positions screaming for the striker to beat you.

Origi's second goal. Any keeper knows when the ball is bouncing up for the striker his obvious choice is a lob. So that means you don't run out towards him and make the lob even easier.!

the boy is a clown and his facial expressions don't really translate as 'steady, concentrated or focused ', do they?

Get rid.
