Thought Jordan Pickford did well today, especially considering it was against Newcastle and how they like to try and get into his head. Felt he was more commanding in his area coming for crosses etc. than he's been in the past, and he also pulled off a decent (albeit a little 'Hollywood') save.
 
Wonder if it helped him having 2 English CB's in front of him today?

As mentioned previously he commanded his box well today (as he does for England) maybe Mina's limited English has/can be a problem for him? Might explain the reluctancy at times.
 
Thought he did really well today under pressure from the horse punchers.
He normally gets too hyped for the barcodes games, but he was calm and commanding today
 

By far his most professional performance. I mean he played like a pro, not like a Sunday league big shot. He did nothing to rile the crowd to the point they eventually gave up baiting him.
He caught everything he needed to, no show boating, distribution as good as you can expect, nothing he could do about the goal.
He played well today
