2020/21 Jordan Pickford

I still wonder what in the first 5 minutes or so is a CB doing in the opposition's penalty area when there could have been a break away.

Beginning to think Klopp had given out orders to do our key men and upset Pickford so as to make a mistake.

Matty mate, it was just a little joke. Obviously we all really hope James stays injury free. Of course I 'know nothing' about a potential James injury. I can't predict the future. If I could I'd be a rich man!

But we don't like it when the Reds gloat about injuries to our players. Let's be better than that, is all I'm saying.

If supporting Everton for 18 years (and one day) has taught me anything, it's never to test fate. Because it'll come back to bite us.

On Pickford, I don't think there's any argument that he shouldn't have had a red card. But he didn't, and the FA couldn't - without totally changing their own rules - retrospectively ban him.

Now we just have to decide how long we stick with him for.
is anyone really gloating around these parts though? isn't it fine to hate the injury from a personal perspective, but still love that he's missing from their squad? if anything, it's complimentary to him - his loss is a major blow to their team BECAUSE he's that good of a player

just getting silly now this!

Should just rename ourselves now to ENC - (Everton Netball Club), because clearly you’re not allowed to make contact with an opponent anymore.

The ironic part in all of this over-the-top response is that I hope that fans of other clubs realize how whiny and nasty Liverpool fans (pundits included) can be, if they haven't already. It sounds like sour grapes when it comes from us, but now we are seeing grown men going on TV and the radio and completely embarrassing themselves. Some of the responses are so ridiculous I don't even know what to say.

I don’t like to see a lot of that stuff from our fans either, but yeah. I’m more concerned with the obvious bias in the media and punditry personally.

For instance, I had no real ill will against Son after he made that challenge. But with the way the media turned it into a sympathy fest for the wrong party completely ignoring the fact that Andre had his leg snapped in half was unacceptable. They hate us. It’s actually insane that they can’t show a bit of objectivity and professionalism.

That is nonsense that would open the door for all sorts of claims, look at Son on Gomez.

just getting silly now this!

lol most yellow cards would then be assault

wtf would rugby be then

I thought the Daily Star was that dirty little rag you would hide from your children? Everton are considering asking for retro action against Robertson for that hack on James missed by the ref.

This was said by Hackett.

"My view was that this action in football terms was premeditated. He forgot the ball and took the man out," Hackett said.

What about Robertson and mane then. In the case of Mane there was no ball so would Hackett cover for that.

Wish I knew his email address so I could him clips of the RS fouls on out players.
