Richy isn't a hard player for opposing managers to work out. They know he cant dribble that well, has average pace and doesnt create many chances. The only time he is effective is goals in and around the box. He is NOT a wide player and he has thus been nullified by our opponents.

I think the fact he has been switching between them a bit is so he can take him out when he's had a bad game without brining so much attention to him.
