if we have to cash in to survive then reluctantly so but you are doing him a huge disservice. A major part of us staying up last year was him.

Not for me

Weve been a shambles defensivly since he signed. Its not a coinsidence. He is a poor prem keeper.

Its not a big conspiracy why everyone else who watches him thinks hes poor which got Everton fans backs up who now say every save he makes is world class

Absolutly blows my mind people think we will go down if he leaves. Hes a bottom half to relegation level keeper at very best. He never makes a save he has no right to make, he wont come off his line for crosses and he cant kick. If we signed a mid level prem keeper we would immediatly gain 10 points a season.
So far this season hes already made glaring errors that cost us games (spurs/bournemouth) hes conceeded goals he should of saved (2 v United, leeds and Forest)
If anyone watches the replay of Wolves winner again hes on his knees on the floor before the player shoots, if hes stood up the ball hits him and we get a vital point.
Every save he makes wether it be right at him or he puts his hand out is now described as amazing because hes been that bad previous seasons he couldnt save anything.
It would be an actual blessing if we got money for him and could sign an average keeper and 2 or 3 good outfield players.
Cant kick a ball... also on the same number as PL assists as Bruno Fernando this season...

Last season we survived relegation due to richarlison and pickford primarily. We now how a much poorer attack due to selling richarlison and fans also want a much poorer defence by selling pickford? On the off chance we buy a goalscorer that we should have already bought in the summer. Its like breaking one water pipe to fix another water pipe. Youre still going to lose water and we will still be weaker on a very important position.

But why he will always have the Chelsea game 3 or 4 times season, he will have a few Bournemouth games like this season, I still don’t trust him in the air, flaps and punches.

We Have a good number 9 and we don’t lose v wolves, yes he had a good season last season, but he wasn’t the main reason we stayed up, well not for me.

If he was world class and worth 15/20 points, then yes don’t sell. But he’s not and a 35/40mil CF would be worth more to this team

If sell pickford for say 50m not getting 50m striker , top players won't come as Everton as so bad so probably buy 3 or 4 rubbish players for that money so be worse than before and certain relegation. Surely can get a target man from lower leagues player similar to calvert lewin for about 10m without selling pickfioed, not sure what scouting team do if most players bought already know about as already play in premier league

Not sure a decent goal scoring striker will look to come to the Premier League for a relegation battle, unless maybe from the Championship. I see us signing another deadweight and we are a decent keeper down as well. We aren't good at replacing quality. Richy left and we got McNeil and Maupay and neither are in the same league as richarlison. Selling one of our best players may bring in money, but goal keeper is too important for me to take a gamble like this. Thats just my opinion

There’s a reason we got maupay and McNeil, well 8milion reasons, that’s basically all we had to spend to get 2 players. Maybe we had more, but wanted a certain player and the club did t want to spend all of it on a che Adams or the lad forest bought frok
Watford that was linked.

Selling Pickford would mean we could go and get a better level forward instead of taking a punt on a player from the championship.
If we go down the Diaz or Gyokeres route the pressure on them 2 would be huge, like maupay is finding out if they don’t hit the ground running

Begovic isn't better than Pickford but he's not worse.

No brainer if we can get in big money and spend it on a player who will score goals.

I appreciate what you are saying, and agree we need a good striker, but
risking our defence isn't the way for me. And I've not seen much from Gyokeres (will be watching more) but I've seen stats and yes it could be a flop, but he's already scoring this season and he's taller (hoping stronger too) than Maupay. Can he be the target man to fill the DCL hole in the team? I'd say there's a better chance of him filling it that Maupay in my opinion, though admittedly that based solely on stats at the moment
