I never get takes like that myself, i want players to scream and keep players on their toes, i want players to care and be aware of what is around them, if players are scared to be shouted at they shouldn't be playing

Why not? You want vocals like Connor against city before the game started rallying the troops you want a captain that will be like that

Ask a goalkeeper and/or coach, they will tell you different. You hate Pickford so you will always find a reason to critisise
