It's possibly because distribution from the goalkeeper is a vital part of how we start our attacks yet he tends to hoof it aimlessly up the field half the time straight back to the opposition.

Hard when they pressed and there’s nothing to hit at times, sometimes the ball back to him doesn’t need to happen, so then Fulham pressed which causes the kick up no man’s land, numerous times I counted him saying “why” not sure if anyone else picked this up or just me.

We scored a great goal last week playing through the lines that covered the whole length of the pitch so we can do it. I think when away Frank is being a bit negative at times (I can see why) Agree on the ball being kicked back too much, but if you watch how if unfolds it's because the players are being told to do it which comes down to the manager again imo.

Some supposedly world class keepers playing very poorly in the prem at the moment. Pickford carries on being exceptional though.

The usual suspects of Lloris Allison Ederson De Gea have been extremely poor consistency wise. Some good moments but far too many serious errors. Pickford really had reduced the number of errors massively.

I think Allison has been pretty good but I don't really feel like going at it so I'm ignoring that. My thing is Pickford is not letting low percentage shots in regularly. That was a major issue early last season.

Allison was awful today, if Pickford had played like that we’d be blasting him. Not sure what he’s doing for either goal. Multiple errors with his distribution leading to goals, he’s always been weak at shots across him like Summerville’s winner today.
He’s exceptional at one on one’s and bails them out of trouble but he’s making a large number of errors now that continue to go unnoticed.
