Nobody is interested in paying big bucks for Pickford. Lots of elite clubs have replaced their keeper since he's been at Everton.

There's only about 5 clubs in England who win things and they don't want him. I can't for one second see him going abroad and playing for Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Inter, Juve et al.

Yes, the midfield is the big issue. I really don't think a midfield anchored by Declan Rice is winning the Euros. And it certainly wouldn't with him in tandem with the fella he's dropped from West Ham. A lot rests on Bellingham living up to the hype. Oh, and the curse of Harry Kane.

Rice is superb and not an issue in the slightest.

He's the one player at Everton who has never rocked the boat. As long as Everton have wanted him and paid him what his team and himself have requested during contract talks, he's been happy.

IF he was to go anywhere (where we need to sell) , it'll be Utd sniffing around him as he's miles better than Onana so instantly improves their defence and he wouldn't have to move.

Really? Brazil won a WC with Kleberson so I don't think the Euros with Declan Rice is a massive reach.

That last one is an absolute kicker for the media who prefer Pope with his 1 error in 1 game, or used to worship Joe Hart who basically cost us every big tournament he played in.

I don't know why he hasn't looked to better himself at club level, but I'm glad of it.

He was the difference between us and the three teams that were relegated last season. They were all let down by poor goalkeepers.
