Imagine conceding 5 and thinking the keeper done really well..
Good grief

Goals conceded is a team thing not just on the keeper. Wish people would consider that. If the 4th goal they scored today was the only goal of the game would you say he had been crap or good?
But... he did.
No I've been misunderstood here. Badly. And I can see why.
I think JP was great. I'm just horrified that I've watched an everton side concede 5 at home, DESPITE a superb goalkeeping performance. It's an indictment on the team, and scary stuff, but nothing on Pickford. Excellent keeper.

Bad mistake for their equaliser and that knocked the stuffing out of the team.Well done Jordan (Well, not well done for conceding 5 goals but for keeping the score down) his distribution wasn't great but he made some top saves.
I hope we (Sunderland obviously) had a few clauses in like...% of sign-on fee if he ever leaves, or we put something in place where you pay us a few quid if he makes his England debut, or something, anything as we're skint!Of course, that won't be the case as our owners are incompetent and are about as useless as the players on the pitch - Woeful!
He could really do with a clean sheet for helping his confidence, I know Jordan, he's a honest, good lad and he'll be absolutely gutted to concede 5 this afternoon. He genuinely cares, you can just tell. No doubt, he'll think he could have done better with some of the goals.
To concede 5, it's impossible to give him too much praise obviously.
I must concede, I missed a couple of Arsenal's goals so if he messed up I apologise, 1st half he did very well.
He was to blame for the first goal which was a decisive moment.

I semi agree. He was to blame for the first goal which was a decisive moment.
He was our MOTM today which says a lot
