I genuinely hope you have a brilliant season - whether you lads know it or not the combination of Brad and Jordan has many, many of us rooting for you.

Jordan comes from the same town as me, Washington. I don't know the lad but my son does and quite a few of his mates. He's a down to earth kid, from a great working class family. At one stage it was well known locally that he "don't even have Sky in my bedroom"

I think Jordan's boss, and he's not going anywhere for years. (Yes, he'll make the odd mistake, but he's human and i'll forgive him cause he's manly enough to wear that hideous pink kit, yell at anyone in his own team and he's got a laser sight on that right boot of his for accuracy!)

Looked class to me really and I think when David Moyes goes with a young keeper he's going to be one to watch.

Funny thing was that the area most were worried about was concentration, though he showed he had this in spades for both Preston and England.

His concentration impressed me, as has been said, he never really had chance to relax for Sunderland last year, but he's had spells of doing nothing for us so far, but reacted immediately when needed. The lads going to be boss for us for years.

(FTR I liked the signing and wanted people to give him a chance lol, pretty much like all our signings!)

From what I have seen of him to date.

He's a tremendous player. Plus an enormous credit to the Sunderland youth system.


Separately. The deal made had nothing to do with Bradley. More the travesty of what has happened to the big club: Sunderland. Who unfortunately just don't seem to have been able to buy well or build 'a team' over many years. Due to financial/playing staff mismanagement.

Lot of respect for Sunderland. Sad to see them where they are.
