Also it's the blend of youth & experience that appeals.You know people are sitting up and taking notice if the club, when this lad turns down Ajax (best academy in holland) and Arsenal and united two of the biggest clubs here to sign for Everton. I've said it before and I'll say it again, every top youth international will look at Everton, how they develop young talent and most importantly give youth a chance in the first team. That is not going to happen at a lot of the teams who finished above us last season. The futures bright...the futures blue, for these young lads
