Indeed mate, and I'm looking forward to seeing his work with Scorsese again, as Al Capone.

You do realise I was pointing out THEIR red-sh1te tinted view of the world don't ya??

My Boss Grandad's from Kirkby as well. (But he didn't get to work with Scorsese)

Of course mate, I didn't mean it to come across as it did!

We're talking about fans of a club whose anthem is a copy of a crappy version of a song made by a group who came to fame by jumping on the Beatles bandwagon. There's something rather poetically appropriate about that, I think.

HAHAHAHAHA!

Liverpool Football Club tonight issued the following press statement:

The Board of Directors have received two excellent financial offers to buy the Club that would repay all its long-term debt. A Board meeting was called today to review these bids and approve a sale. Shortly prior to the meeting, the owners - Tom Hicks and George Gillett - sought to remove Managing Director Christian Purslow and Commercial Director Ian Ayre from the Board, seeking to replace them with Mack Hicks and Lori Kay McCutcheon.

This matter is now subject to legal review and a further announcement will be made in due course.

Meanwhile Martin Broughton, Christian Purslow and Ian Ayre continue to explore every possible route to achieving a sale of the Club at the earliest opportunity.

THE COMEDY CONTINUES! (y)

Joking aside one of the main reasons its a bag of [Poor language removed] is that it doesn't set out with any objectives. It starts off with Dear Mr Hicks, as if its going to be an intelligent discourse or an impassioned plea aimed directly at the man, but just ends up with people venting their spleen and telling him to **** off.

That's all fair and well, but why would he bother to watch it?

Along with the stupid familial rape comments it doesn't put them in a particularly good light, when they have every right to complain. If I was involved with the campaign I'd be disowning myself from this as fast as possible.
