I don't have much time so i'll be quick.

1. Just how large can avatars be, I mean by a sensible size, as I can't find one to fit. I can only seem to find large type ones, that seem a bit big for the forum pages, so just how big is too big?

2. I can't get my smileys back, it says that they are enabled, but they are still not present and it's becoming a tad frustrating. How do you get those faces back, says they are turned on, but nothing is happening.

any help as always appreciated, any piles of sawdust will get short shrift.

Got there in the end, but one more thing, to anyone who can help.

Didn;t have fancy computers when I was at school in my defense.

I think I've found one, and it is a sensible size, but I need to know which one of the above is active, is it e-mail and imaging or Direct Link or the other, It can be a bit confusing.

Just want this done with that's all, sorry to drag on.

I have tried and tried but I can't submit it where it should go, maybe I'm just incompetent, or I'm doing it wrong, but I raise white flag.

I need it a bit bigger, I can't resize because I'm not a member of Photobucket, I really need it about three times the size it is now, and I'm damned if I can get it done.

Now go to User CP at the top of the page.

User cp / Edit Avatar / Browse / find your downloaded pic / double click on it / upload / done.

I did everything as instructed, and the damn thing still doesn't work, 'file/ picture invalid, it says, I guess someone doesn't like pigeons very much, anyone have Fergusons number, he could do this with ease.
