d)Be able to get out of headlocks.

…point B is the responsibility of the DoF in a well run club, i wouldn’t expect directors from USA to be football people.

No one is saying its all Kenwrights fault, but who or what has been the one constant in 28 years of winning no trophies ? Ans : Bill Kenwright.

Could use that same argument to blame the Premier league format for our downfall.
As always, it is considerably more nuanced than that. If anyone can point me to the potential takeover that would've gotten us trophies had it occurred, I'll put my hands up.

Don't think anyone knows if we would have been successful, whoever took us over, but as with Moshiri money always isn't the answer, especially with ffp the way it is, before then you'd have a better chance. It's how you spend it, who you employ and a certain Mr Kenwright has had an awful long time to get it right but has failed miserably, before ffp and during it.
Our club is run like an old boys club, with jobs for the boys galore. If you're in charge you get the right people to run you're club, Kenwright has definitely not done that has he ?

As I say, unless we can point to a better offer that he's turned down, there's not much more we can say. Mosh was brought in as a stepping stone to Usmanov and Putin foiled us.
We all want Kenwright to be replaced by someone with better vision and connections, but we're not exactly the most appealing prospect in the world. Getting the stadium completed will change that, job for now is to stay alive long enough to become an appealing investment with a nice big stadium for the current century.
