Judging by what little I have seen (via youtube and news reports), he seems like the next big thing.
Here is the problem though;
if any of the big boys abroad sign him, he would have to move country at a young age, probably never have to work another day in his life past 18 (see odegaard for example), and then have to see how mentally strong he is when he gets kicked all over the place at higher level (one reason why I respect messi).

One positive I picked up on is he is willing to pass and move, most players with such talent are one trick ponies, basically kick and run into a corner. if this kid continues to play within the team then he could be destined for the very top.
Once Messi and Ronaldo retire then the world will be looking to pay obscene amounts for the next big thing.

Was going to say this.

wow he is good at 13? So was baxter / Green / Adu to name a few off the top of my head. What happens to the lad when he doesn't hit a growth spurt for arguments sake and stays like 5 foot 2? What happens if he doesn't physically develop in line with most other youngsters? What happens when too much is put on him at a young age, or he is played too much at 16/17?

Sometimes it is better to not be discovered as a wonder kids until you are a little bit older.

Wow, were Real and Barca after Baxter when he was 13? I had no idea.

When they don't develop physically, they pump them full of growth hormones. See: Messi, Lionel.

Baxter broke rooneys youth scoring records from what I remember. so at that young age was just as much a wonder kid as Rooney was, he just throw it away
